Review #3 : Thanks for filling in the blanks Trevor- Since they came from a friend in Kingston ,Ont ,who rec'd them from someone who had travelled to Cuba,so the trail was a little cold. What you are saying makes perfect sense. -Submitted by Brian Shaw on July 26, 2009
Review #2 : Hi Brian, these are the New Cohiba Siglo VI. This is a short description from Habanos: All the tobaccos in Habanos’ Gran Reserva cigars are aged for a minimum of five years, as opposed to three years as is the case with Reserva cigars. Only 5,000, numbered boxes containing 15 Cohiba Siglo VI Gran Reserva each will be offered for sale (75,000 cigars in total). The cigars received rave reviews when tasted at the 2009 Festival del Habano in February. Due October 2009. You are very lucky to have tried a couple of the Cohiba Siglo VI Gran Reservas, you must have gotten a hold of the reservas released at the festival. -Submitted by Trevor on July 22, 2009
Review #1 : Got as hold of 2 of these dated 2003 and described as Reserva.Double banded. Most sites descibe these as coming in a slide top box..this box was a black laquered traditional hinged in a velvet bag..anyway...not usually a Cohiba fan but this one was excellent!! Anyone seen this type of presentation before ? -Submitted by Brian Shaw on July 21, 2009
